Orders shipped by an expedited method are generally shipped out the same business day as ordered, if ordered before 3pm PST and if all items are in stock (orders received outside business hours are usually processed the following business day). Orders shipped by ground delivery are generally shipped either the same or next business day (unless items are back ordered or are pre-order items). If items are not in stock, we will notify you and hold the order until we can send the complete order as one shipment. Please check the individual product page for each item to find out if it's currently in stock (it's rare for us not to have a product in stock).
For many locations, MacWizards offers a variety of shipping options. U.S.P.S. Priority mail for small packages, with tracking and insurance, is available to most locations in the U.S. for $6. Your shipping charges may be more or less depending on your location, the carrier you choose, fluctuations in fuel prices, fluctuations in carrier rates, and what products you order. By starting the "checkout" procedure on our store you can get an exact quote for shipping (starting the process does not commit you to making a purchase).
MacWizards cannot and does not guarantee delivery by a specific date, but if delivery of your order is time sensitive we encourage you to make a comment to that effect in the notes section of your order. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule.
UPS Next Day Air packages are expected to be delivered the next business day after shipping (weekends and holidays are not business days). UPS Second Day Air packages are usually delivered the second business day and UPS 3-Day Select can be expected to arrive on the third business day. UPS Ground packages ship from the San Francisco Bay area and arrive to most California locations in 1-2 business days. UPS Ground delivery outside of California is 2-5 business days.
DHL International shipments arrive at most locations in 1-3 business days.
U.S.P.S. Priority Mail arrives to most domestic addresses in 2-5 business days and most international addresses in 5-14 days. For U.S.P.S Priority Mail, these are estimates based on average shipping time. Individual shipments may be delayed by customs or other issues. Packages shipped to postal boxes or armed services postal locations must be shipped by Priority Mail.
Saturday delivery and signature required services are not normally offered by most carriers. If you require Saturday delivery or require a signature for delivery call our customer support group at 1-800-960-6949 to determine if this service is available in your area and for your chosen carrier. There is usually an extra charge for these services.
MacWizards allows the customer to select the carrier during checkout (available services may change during the year and not all services will be available to all shipping addresses). MacWizards prefers to ship by trackable and fully insured methods. Any claims of lost or damaged packages shipped must be reported to MacWizards within two weeks of expected delivery date or are considered delivered in good condition.
MacWizards reserves the right to substitute another carrier with comparable service for your shipment.
Packages unable to be delivered because of customer errors in addressing, no response from a recipient after multiple delivery attempts or refused by the recipient will be returned to MacWizards by the carrier. A return shipping fee is charged by most carriers for this service and $10 will be deducted from any refund processed on a returned package for return service and handling.
You will be emailed a tracking identifier for your shipment when we ship your order. You can determine the carriers estimated delivery date by visiting their website (URL will be included in the email with your tracking number) and entering the tracking identifier.
MacWizards is a U.S. company, our primary focus does not involve shipping outside of the United States. We will ship to Canada and some other countries, however we cannot predict what duties or other import fees may be assigned by these governments. Payment of these fees will be the recipient's responsibility.
We ship within the U.S. five days a week (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). International retail orders are shipped out only Wednesday and Friday.
Orders placed through the MacWizards.com Store are often shipped out within minutes or hours of being placed. MacWizards operates two facilities and our shipping process is largely automated. Please be sure of your order before submitting it. If you find you no longer need a product ordered through our online store and would like MacWizards to attempt to cancel your order: call MacWizards customer support immediately. As a courtesy, we will attempt to cancel the order. If you are calling after hours please leave a message and call back during office hours. Please do not rely on email to cancel orders. Email messages can be delayed and may not be forwarded to our shipping facility before your order is processed. After an order has left our primary facility we are unable to process an order cancelation.
Retail customers of the MacWizards.com Store may return purchases to us within 15 days of receiving them for a refund of the purchase price, less a 15% restocking fee.
Product must be returned in new (unused) condition and shipped by a trackable method. Perishpable or consumable products such as batteries cannot be returned once used. Combination locks must be reset to 0-0-0-0 before being returned or a $9 recycling fee will be applied. Packages sent with postage due will be refused. Customers must contact MacWizards at email@example.com to receive a RMA number prior to shipping the product to MacWizards. Please be sure to include '[MacWizards]' in the subject line of all email, to ensure your email is not lost or delayed due to spam filters. Let us know the reason for the return and your order number. Packages shipped to MacWizards without an RMA number cannot be processed and will be refused or marked return to sender. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Allow 2-4 weeks for your refund check to be mailed.
